You may try turning the hearing aid on in the morning and find there is no sound. This can occur even when the hearing aids are properly cared for. If you experience an issue that needs service, bring the hearing aid(s) to us. We are equipped to diagnose non-working hearing aids. Some minor hearing aid repairs can be performed in our office is a short period of time, while others may need to be sent to the manufacturer for repair. We services all hearing aid makes and models.
Sometimes hearing aids just need to be cleaned. We have a deep vacuum cleaner for hearing aids. It is recommended that you should have hearing aids cleaned and checked every six months. This proactive service is done so that you can avoid experiencing difficulty in hearing if the hearing aid(s) are under-performing.
